Feasibility Studies

Our new construction projects often start out as feasibility studies. We have the expertise to clearly assess whether or not proposed projects are feasible from a financial and constructability standpoint. Often the constructability of a project impacts the financial limitations of a building development project, both positively and negatively. We work closely with owners to address their mission statements and programming requirements for their proposed projects.

We meticulously assess sites and existing structures separately from departmental programming requirements. We combine our findings and address suitable conceptual planning alternatives for owners to consider for future project development.

We document our findings and furnish owners with feasibility study reports fully describing each site’s development capacity, conceptual planning alternatives, projected costs of each alternative, phasing recommendations, environmental impact, geotechnical suitability and cost/benefit analysis associated with project development and relative return on investment.
